tiliGLOW: one incubation, ultra-bright signal.
Who it's for
Researchers running immunofluorescence, IHC, ICC, flow cytometry or spatial assays who need to detect low-abundance targets — without amplification steps, and without changing their validated primary antibodies.
Key benefits
- A single incubation delivers ultra-bright signal — no enzymatic amplification, no extra reagents.
- Drop-in replacement for conventional secondary antibodies; your existing protocol stays unchanged.
- Pre-mix with your primary antibody to run several rabbit primaries on one section without cross-talk.
- Detects rare and low-abundance targets that stay invisible to standard dye-labelled IgGs.
- Replaces Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA) without the enzymatic step.
How to use
- Dilute to working concentration: 2 nM for ICC/IF, 5 nM for IHC, 2 nM for flow cytometry.
- Either add directly to the sample after your primary antibody, or pre-mix with the primary in a tube for multiplexing.
- Incubate in a single step — no separate amplification or secondary incubation.
- Wash and image using your standard imaging protocols.
Product description
tiliGLOW is an ultra-bright signal amplifier for high-sensitivity applications: a DNA nanostructure carrying a large number of dyes, coupled to a binding moiety — either streptavidin or an anti-Rabbit nanobody.
The nanostructure holds each dye at a defined distance from its neighbours, preventing self-quenching, and is kept as compact as possible to preserve tissue penetration and diffusion. Because the anti-Rabbit binding moiety is monovalent, it cannot cross-link primary antibodies into lattices — which is what makes pre-mixing, and therefore same-species multiplexing, possible.
Ruggedized variants are modified for extended stability in harsher conditions, such as low-salt buffers or samples containing significant DNase activity.
