Professional customers only

We supply businesses, universities and other organizations purchasing for professional purposes. We do not sell to private consumers. Our products are for their stated research applications; follow the product-specific handling and safety information.

Ordering and correcting details

Choose a product, configuration and quantity, add it to the cart, and review the items before checkout. You can change quantities or remove items in the cart and correct your contact, delivery and payment details before submitting the order. Confirm that you are purchasing for professional purposes.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We acknowledge receipt electronically. The contract is formed when we accept your order separately or dispatch the goods; the automatic receipt acknowledgment alone is not acceptance. Custom configurations marked for inquiry are handled through an individual quotation. Sending an inquiry does not place an order.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you submit your order. The payment methods and delivery destinations available for your order are shown during checkout. For quotation-based orders, the quotation specifies payment and delivery arrangements.

We accept credit card, bank transfer, PayPal and payment against invoice, depending on the order and agreed terms.

Delivery timing depends on the product and configuration. Refer to the product information or our quotation; contact us before ordering if a particular delivery date is important. If your destination is not available at checkout, ask us for a quotation.

Order records

The online ordering process is available in English. We retain order information and send the order acknowledgment to the email address you provide. Save the acknowledgment and any quotation or acceptance for your records. You can also save or print these pages in your browser and request a copy of your order information from us.

Product concerns and packaging

For questions about an order, a product defect or the return of transport or reusable packaging, contact info@tilibit.com or use our inquiry form. Include the order reference and relevant product or packaging details so we can agree the appropriate arrangement.

Where a statutory packaging take-back duty applies, packaging can be returned for reuse or appropriate recovery. Contact us to arrange the return. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to our exclusively B2B contracts; this does not remove statutory rights relating to defects or other applicable rights.
