Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services provided through our website, except for those outlined in the exceptions below.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

The following exceptions apply to our standard policy:

Defective or Damaged Items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please report it to our team within 10 days of receipt. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement.

Wrong Item Sent. If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify our team within 10 days of receipt. We may arrange for a refund or an exchange.

Expired Items. If you receive a product in an expired condition, report it to our team within 10 days of receipt. We may arrange for a refund or an exchange.


In case of failure to report the issues to tilibit within the 10-day timeframe, the products will be considered accepted by the customer.

 

3. Return of Goods

The return of goods requires tilibit's express consent. If tilibit agrees to take back new goods in undamaged original packaging, tilibit is entitled to reduce the repayment of the purchase price by 30%. 

The return shipment is at the risk and expense of the customer. If the product packaging is no longer sealed, tilibit reserves the right to charge analysis costs.

Products that require special storage conditions, e.g. below room temperature or in a lightless environment, and products with an expiry date, cannot be returned. According to legal regulations, tilibit is not able to take back chemicals for destruction. 

Custom-made products of all kinds and special fillings cannot be taken back for reimbursement. 

These regulations do not apply if the return is due to a defect in the delivery or the supplier’s fault.
