Quality Notice: 

Initial sequencing analysis of our first in-house production batch has identified four point mutations present in approximately 20% of the scaffold population (see below). While these variations do not affect the scaffold's folding functionality, we are currently establishing quality control parameters to achieve the same sequence purity standards maintained for our other scaffold products.

Choose between:

• 0.5 ml at 100 nM. 50 picomoles (125 micrograms) of single-stranded, circular DNA. Sufficient for 25 'standard' (20 nM, 100 µl) DNA origami folding reactions.
• 2 ml at 100 nM. 200 picomoles (498 micrograms) of single-stranded, circular DNA. Sufficient for 100 'standard' (20 nM, 100 µl) DNA origami folding reactions.
• 2 ml at 400 nM. 800 picomoles (1993 micrograms) of single-stranded, circular DNA. Sufficient for 400 'standard' (20 nM, 100 µl) DNA origami folding reactions.
