This structure is a cuboid with a large aperture (9 nm x 15 nm) with total dimensions 61 nm x 8 nm x 52 nm. It is passivated with poly-T sequences to minimize aggregation.

Staple strand mixture, 500 pmol of each sequence. Sufficient for 50 pmol of folded structure (at 10-fold staple strand excess). Scaffold DNA not included.
