Single-stranded scaffold DNA for DNA origami nanostructures.

The base sequence of Type p7249 is identical to M13mp18. Type p7560 and p8064 are extended variants with 7560 and 8064 bases, respectively.

Folding kits contain scaffold DNA, buffer for a folding reaction, and gel loading dye for gel electrophoretic analysis. They can be combined with a prefabricated design staple mixture.
