This structure is a gear-like structure with dimensions 41 nm x 31 nm x 33 nm. It is passivated with single-stranded scaffold loops to minimize aggregation.

Staple strand mixture, 500 pmol of each sequence. Sufficient for 50 pmol of folded structure (at 10-fold staple strand excess). Scaffold DNA not included.
