This structure is a cuboid with dimensions 14 nm x 27 nm x 61 nm. It is passivated with poly-T sequences to minimize aggregation. The structure contains a 66 base single-stranded scaffold loop at one edge.

Staple strand mixture, 500 pmol of each sequence. Sufficient for 50 pmol of folded structure (at 10-fold staple strand excess). Scaffold DNA not included.
