
Identify targets in electron microscopy, cryo-EM and cryo-ET with a label that also carries a fluorescent signal. tiliPOINTER combines AF647 dyes, anti-rabbit binding and one or three gold nanoparticles on a DNA nanostructure.
Fluorescence helps locate a target or region of interest; gold provides electron contrast. The three-particle row points towards the binding end, adding a recognizable geometry for connecting the label with its molecular surroundings.
