Build binding assays around a defined local geometry. tiliDOCK provides one DNA attachment site or a pair spaced 15 nm apart, with a separate mounting chemistry on the underside.
By setting local ligand number and spacing, you can compare how molecular arrangement affects binding and avidity. Independent surface mounting lets you change the displayed targets without redesigning how the platform attaches to the assay surface.
Choose your format
- MONO: one central ssDNA overhang.
- BI: two ssDNA overhangs spaced 15 nm apart.
- Biotin mounting: for attachment to streptavidin surfaces.
- Thiol mounting: for attachment to gold surfaces.
The DNA overhangs provide the target-attachment sites. Choose the format for your ligand-display and avidity experiment.
Supplied amount
10 pmol in 200 µL at 50 nM.
