Cuboid with small aperture

This structure is a cuboid honeycomb design with a small aperture (5 nm x 7 nm) with total dimensions 57 nm x 8 nm x 52 nm. It is passivated with poly-T sequences to minimize aggregation. The structure contains a 25 base single-stranded scaffold loop at one corner. Our recommended Scaffold is 7249bp
