Fluorescence labeling
When targets are scarce, a few fluorophores can be difficult to distinguish from background. tiliGLOW brings a group of dyes to each binding reagent, giving targeted fluorescence labeling a brighter starting point.
Build signal into the label
A DNA nanostructure positions the dyes separately from the target-binding component. This lets the fluorescent payload and recognition chemistry be chosen together, for immunofluorescence, cytometry or spatial imaging workflows.
Match your target and detection channel
Standard AF647 formats use anti-rabbit binding for rabbit primary antibodies, or streptavidin for biotinylated targets. Custom tiliGLOW can combine other dyes and binders, including antibodies, aptamers and DNA handles.
Keep the experiment straightforward
The dyes arrive on one preassembled label, without building an amplification cascade at the target. Choose standard or ruggedized formats, then adapt labeling and washing to your sample. Discuss your labeling workflow.
