Scaffold length and sequence determine which designs it can fold. Select scaffold ssDNA to match your staple set, including longer strands for larger structures and orthogonal sequences for assemblies that need separate components.

Start from a known structure

Prefabricated designs include sheets, rods, cuboids and more complex 3D shapes. Choose the offered staple mixture, folding kit or assembled preparation to match how much of the folding and purification you want to perform yourself.

Add the function your experiment needs
