A binding measurement depends on more than the interacting molecules: ligand number and spacing also shape the result. tiliDOCK makes that local geometry a design choice, helping you investigate how multivalent engagement changes binding.

Compare one site with a defined pair

MONO presents one central DNA attachment strand. BI presents two strands separated by 15 nm. Couple your targets through complementary DNA conjugates, then compare their binding in a controlled local arrangement.

Separate target display from surface mounting

The underside provides an independent mounting chemistry: biotin for streptavidin surfaces or thiol for gold. This separates the surface attachment from the ligand pattern, useful for antibody, receptor and molecular interaction studies.

Ask a spatial question
