This structure is a cuboid with a small aperture (5 nm x 7 nm) with total dimensions 57 nm x 8 nm x 52 nm. It is passivated with poly-T sequences to minimize aggregation. The structure contains a 25 base single-stranded scaffold loop at one corner.

Staple strand mixture, 500 pmol of each sequence. Sufficient for 50 pmol of folded structure (at 10-fold staple strand excess). Scaffold DNA not included.
