This structure is a flat sheet with dimensions 2.6 nm x 68 nm x 94 nm. It is passivated with poly-T sequences to minimize aggregation. It is twist-corrected to minimize out-of-plane twist. The structure contains a 151 base single-stranded scaffold loop at one edge. The structure can be folded with longer scaffold sequences (p7560 and p8064) to create a longer single-stranded scaffold loop.

Staple strand mixture, 500 pmol of each sequence. Sufficient for 50 pmol of folded structure (at 10-fold staple strand excess). Scaffold DNA not included.
